Monitor Gait Stability and Prevent Falls with Wearables and InTouch
With recent advances in wearable technology, ambulatory fall-risk assessment is made possible with wearable sensors. This project aims to quantify and visualize seniors’ fall-risk using wearable inertia sensors for seniors and caregivers, as well as to help seniors to overcome the fear of falling and improve their quality of life.
